Cancellation Policy
At The Bradley Academy, we aim to keep scheduling simple and flexible while ensuring every student receives consistent support. Please review the booking guidelines below: Cancellations: You may cancel a lesson up to 24 hours before the session. This helps keep the timetable running smoothly and allows another student to take the slot. Please see our Refund Policy for details on refunds. Rescheduling: Lessons can be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance. If you need to move a session, just use the booking system and choose a new available time. Booking Windows: To ensure lessons are well-prepared, sessions can be booked up to 2 days before the lesson date. Short-notice bookings are not available so I can maintain high-quality preparation for each student. Waitlist: If a slot is full, you can join the waitlist. When a space opens, it will be reserved for you for 1 hour before being offered to the next person on the list.
